"The Place at Gilead is such a wonderful venue. The property itself is well-maintained and is so beautiful when you drive up the driveway. The owners were always responsive, answering any questions or concerns. We were able to set up the reception ahead of time and it was a huge stress reliever! A small group of us stayed at the house on-site and was a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much for everything!"

"Words can't describe this place or our experiences here. Michelle (the owner) is extremely flexible and understanding and will work with you in any way possible. The price is beyond reasonable. It is an awesome deal. There isn't any other REALLY good places like this to get married that contain all the pieces to have an amazing wedding. You can rent the house and cottage on the premise to stay at before and after the wedding, the reception hall is also on premise, as well as beautiful country outdoors that make for good pictures. This venue really is everything you need in 1 place for an unbeatable price. To anyone looking for a beautiful, affordable, and country-style wedding...you would be insane not to consider The Place at Gilead."

"This was the home of my beloved grandparents for many years. My grandfather passed in the early 90's and my sweet grandma passed almost five years ago this November [2016]. "The Place at Gilead was so accommodating in every aspect. Their hard work on landscaping and up-keep made for beautiful wedding photos, and the perfect venue. We could not have asked for a better wedding reception location. And the girls and I had the best time sleeping in the house the night before the wedding. The owners went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed, even last minute emergencies. I am so glad we have such an amazing venue in our area now! Book it now for your next event....you will not be disappointed!!."
